the van has had lots of work done, replaced head and manifold gaskets, radiator, hoses, and heater core, was flushed and new thermastat, the van seems to run good, seems like vents open correctly, just doesnt seem like it heats up to proper temp.the heater air is just slightly warm, but thats it,the radiator fan is hooked up to run continously, had it to 2 well known mechanics, but no luck, ever hear of such a thing?every one else's vehicals seem to have the opposit.

It is one of two problems. No coolant flowing through the heater core or the blend air door not functioning. If both heater core hoses get hot, then coolant is flowing through core and most likely problem is the blend air door. If not flowing, core is still plugged.

If you don't have duel climate control, there will only be one blend air door. Let me know what you find with the heater core hoses, and make sure the engine is warming up to a normal operating temp.
