Chevrolet Cheyenne Floor Problem

I am working on a 4.3L Vortec, it has a starting issue after it warms up, it will not start warm without holding the accelerator pedal to the floor, starts fine cold but will just crank after it warms up unless you hold the pedal to the floor. It runs fine when it starts. any ideas? I have checked the obvious stuff. has new fuel pump and pressure regulator.
