Would a broke timing chain or a car that has jumped time cause the engine to not burn off the gasoline. The pump is fine, filter too. But the gasoline when it makes it to the engine it is not burning off i believe that is how he explained it to me. Could a bad TPS sensor cause it not to crank or burn off the gasoline.
