I am not getting spark to the plugs

I have a lt1 camaro that wont start I checked to see if it had spark it didn't so I tested the i.C.M. And it tested good tested the coil and it tested good, tested to cam sensor tested good, coil is giving out spark but it isn't getting to the spark plugs. I checked the wire going from the coil to the cap and it had spark

No they do not have spark
