Why is my 1996 cadillac eldorado overheating? I've changed the radiator, the water pump and the thermostat also the thermostat housing/ water pump cover. Also all new hoses because I used stop leak more than once. I didn't know that at the time that Will clog the system. Live and learn

Bad move with the sealer.

The radiator may be clogged up with that junk. I suggest a radiator shop to power flush all that stuff out. Then you can start over with a pressure test for the leak. You will need a leak down test as well to verify no head gasket damage.

I put a brand new radiator and everything else that comes with the cooling system except fans which I think the fans timing is off or something it seems like they kick in late by the time the temp gauge is at about 2 o'clock. Could it be a relay switch or sensor. Or even a tune. Up

The fan not coming on could be the cooling fan sensor or the fans itself. I am still worried about the constant overheating. What temp thermostat did you use?
