shifting problems

i can put my car in drive and accelarate,but it wont shift out!!!!!!!! the transmission will idle up but wont shift out and only drives @ 1 speed of 10 mph..... the fluid and filter has been changed....

Check the computer to see if there are any trouble codes that are stored in the system. Other than that, the trans needs taken apart. The valve body will need checked as well as sensors.
