Try to start but engine do not trun over the starter is new and works the battry is new all volts are good on the starter and on the battey check fly weel it truns water punp truns all light and power are good what could it be

Do you have power to the purple wire at the starter with the key in the start position?Also is the security light on?

Yes I have power to the wire to purple at the starter and the security light come on only when the door is open and when the key is on. When I try to start it it sound like it want to trun over but it do not test the starter and it works fine.

Then you have a corroded loose or bAD connection on one of the battery cables. Does the positive battery cable at the the starter have battery voltage to it with the key in the start position?

Yes positive battery cable has voltage on it and battery cables are clean and good and when I have it on start position it has voltage. When I try to start the starter turn could this be that auto theft key is not working even if the starter trun

If the purple wire to the starter is giving power to the starter then the security system isn't disabling the starter. Does the starter make any noise?

Yes is make noise like is turn over but the engine do not trun over. Do the auto theft will kill the engine from truning over
