How can I fix my tensioner to my Buick Park Avenue.

Plastic wheel of the tensioner is brokened. The wheel wiggle the serpertine belt off its tracks.

That tenisor needs to be replaced.

Just a warning if you're attempt this yourself. That tensioner has coolant going through it and it uses 2 plastic elbows that will not be able to be re-used so you need to purchase them along with ne )-rings for the heater hoses.
