I have a 1996 Buick Park Avenue. It died on me and wouldn't restart. I have replaced the battery, and checked the alternator and still no luck. I checked all fuses and relays and still have no lights, sounds and it will not crank over. Any suggestions?

Its like the house main circuit breaker when it goes -you won't have power thruout the house -look around the battery positive cable-small wire or at the starter motor

How do I test that? Is there a special tester for that?

Use a test lite-the one that looks like an ice-pick with a wire an alligator clip at end-check parts stores

I also might add, there are no domelights, or buzzer when you open the door either.
