Buick Century Fuse Problem

Just had a new (OEM) power antenna assembly installed (had to replace the motor, etc.). Now the check engine light is on. Had it scanned and it showed a P0141 (downstream O2 sensor). Before I start spending $$$ I want to check the fuse, however, I cannot find the panel. I know where the one in the glove box is, and usually there's one either in the side panels of the dash, under the dash or under the hood but I can't find it!! I've traced the positive cable from the battery - no good. Where is it? I've never had this problem before. Fuses are cheap - O2 sensors, etc. get pricy.

if it was a fuse, there would be more than one code.

do you have a scanner?? you need to monitor the o2 sensor to verify its failure.
