Car starts and engine cuts off immediately as yellow immobilizer light is blinking. Have to switch off ignition and remove key before switching on again until yellow light goes off before it can be started without engine dying.

Have the computer scanned for code/s and see what's causing the light to come on-

I dont recall any fault codes when computer scanned at workshop as car "behaves" when at 'car doctor". Mechanic says just switch off and wait a few seconds before switching on ignition when yellow light goes off at dashboard.
