1996 Acura 2.6 tl: What's the oem part number? What's the OEM brand name? Can the harmonic balancer be rebuilt/repaired? Where can I get a tutorial/instructions on how to repair if it's repairable?

Harmonic balancers are replaced when the the bond breaks between the hub and outer ring. Auto parts stores have large books full of replacements for all car brands and engines.
