"now fires" indicates that the engine IS turning over / cranking
"but won't turn over or start" is the opposite.... which is it now?
1) engine cranks (starter is turning the engine) but engine does not run/start
2) engine does not crank (starter does not turn engine) and engine does not run because of that
Gas engine? Diesel? What size engine? Standard or automatic?
