What is the question?
If the pedal is stuck to the floor, maybe the release lever is broken.
Need more info before I can help.

I made and animation a few years ago on how to check for a broken release lever.... it is a GIF animation:

This applies to the 020 Transmission only... so if you have a different tranny, ignore.
