You will need a good quality scanner to get a code, if there is a light ther will be a code, get the code and post it here.

It was scanned but the computer does not give any data or the scanner does not get any, what would need to be fixed now to know?

If the scanner is not communicating with the ECU, you may have to get a factory scanner to read it, alot of generic scanners just won't do the job.
