My car ran good for 35 miles cut engine off and would not start back sat for 1 hour and crancked back up fine

Often this can be a faulty sensor, they can fail when they over heat and work when they cool down, a scan will show up and sensor that failed, start here.

Weve had it tested and changed all the sensors that it said was bad it still continues to do it

I would be checking fuel pressure when it fails possibly a failing fuel pump, fuel pumps will not normally show up on a scan.
