Overheating
Hi i have an astra ls 1.4 1995 its overheating a lot but not losing water but using lots and lots of oil do you have any ideas please

The oil could be burning in the cylinders and creating excessive friction that makes the engine hot due to low oil level. Do you have blue smoke coming out of the exhaust?

no smoke what so ever but going through oil like its going out of fashion

You could be actually leaking double check for external leak that oil has to go somewhere if its not going into the cylinders
