Turn light on 95 Tacoma

One Turn light, on 95 Toyota tacoma does work. Replaced bulb, checked fuse. Could flasher be bad? If flasher bad why don't the other turn lights not work. (All other lights work)

The left front turn light does not work when switch is turned on. Also does not work when hazard switch is on. All other lights work.

Then there is likely a problem with that light. Use a test light to test for power and ground arriving at the light. There's an outside chance that there is a problem with the turn signal switch causing it but check out the light first.
