locks up while driving after applying brakes a few times

95 toyota corrolla brakes keeps locking up,if car sits for a few mins they release.Brakes paddle get very hard to push when this happens.

sounds like you have a bad brake hose. find out which wheel is locking up.

new brakes after this happen frist time,new hose but still happens.If I Bleed it they release.

Check the caliper slider bolts and pistons for sticking. Ensure you have sufficient brake pedal to booster push rod clearance.
