Locks up while driving after applying brakes a few times

95 toyota corrolla brakes keeps locking up, if car sits for a few mins they release. Brakes paddle get very hard to push when this happens.

Sounds like you have a bad brake hose. Find out which wheel is locking up.

New brakes after this happen frist time, new hose but still happens. If I Bleed it they release.

Check the caliper slider bolts and pistons for sticking. Ensure you have sufficient brake pedal to booster push rod clearance.
