1995 Toyota Corolla cranking problem

My husband replaced the crankshaft. Timing is on time. Replaced the crank sensor and the car will not crank. Its getting fuel and has fire. Great fuel pressure. It acts like it wants to crank but will not. Any suggestions

Check fuses in lh kick panel and relay in front of console if stillnot starting scan for codes

Already checked all those. Still nothing

Then recheck your work you may have a connector not connected right then scan for codes it may be a cam/crank sensor co relation
