can i use master cylinder 1999 camry for 1995 camry

IF the part No for the master is the same it will be ok, but to be safe i would be purchasing a new master and not using a second hand unit, it will cost a bit more but second hand brake components that have not been used in a while have the potential to fail quickly and taking a chance with brakes is asking for trouble.
