Toyota Camry Jack Problem
How do i check the transmisson fliud i can't find a dipstick

there is a dipstick on the drivers side up front by the radiator

An automatic tranny has a dipstick.
Manuals (stick shift) do not. If yours is a manual - you have to jack the vehicle up level; and then a fill bolt exists on the side of the tranny. Fluid needs to be at this level' or able to be felt with a finger inside.
You should obtain a Hanes, Chiltons, or Factory manual for your vehicle. Help you out a lot; since you are going to have way many questions; which being able to read the procedures will answer.
