1995 4Runner

My 95 4runner won't start at times. This has happened twice in the past 2 months (only owned it for 6)after driving fine all day. The battery is fine (radio, headlights etc work), but when I turn the ignition nothing happens. After a while I will try again and it will start right up. Does the battery need a complete charge or is it the starter?

Let's first have your battery and alternator tested also make sure your battery cable's are clean and tight. Also do you have a multimeter or test light to trace power?You could have a bad starter but I want to rule out other cause's.I don't want you to have to replace the starter for nothing.
