How to tune Suzuki Sierra carbie

Put into garage and mechanic moved upper idle and now it does not run right and I want to know how to tune it back to idle properly

You sure its not an EFI fuel injection system instead of a Carb?

Yes I'm sure it has an upper and lower idle screw. Upper is on the back and lower is on the upper side

Find the throttle stop screw should be at the base of the Carb and try adjusting there-bear mind I'm not familiar with this vehicle-No refernces on it-Sorry
