Are you saying no visible spark at cylinder #2? Do you have any visible spark at cylinder #3?

Visibly check for spark. If the ignition assembly sits on top of plugs, it can be a pain to check for spark, but still possible. Are there any driveability issues? Check fuel pressure, use a gage. Fuel--spark and compression are issues I'd want to check.
