Pontiac Grand Am Rocker arm Problem
What kind of solvent would be best used for cleaning oil gunk around oil ports and rocker arms? also what would be the best dye to use to locate water leaks?

There are several that will work. Stop at the local parts store and check out what they have. I'm not allowed to recommend any products, but you will find some to pick from at the store.
