95 pontiac firebird 3.8 liter has new battery wen i turn ignition nothing happens could it be ignition ssitch or a starter problem

it cold be a relay, starter , neutral safety switch or ignition switch or fuse. there is a fusible link at power dist box underhood it is rust and connects to a red wire. If tht is burnt that will cause you problem
