The car keeps flooding and wont start

I cleaned the plugs and put them back but they were saturated right away

How long since a tune-up? Any trouble codes? If that is a hybrid datalink connector, I can't help you with that type connector.

Engine cranking, did you check for spark at the plugs? Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not only check for correct pressure, check that the pressure doesn't drop like a rock when engine is turned off. Smell of the crankcase dip-stick, does it smell like gas? Check the regulator vacuum line for gas? Could be a leaking injector? Sometimes the cts might cause it to flood.
