I have a 1995 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme. Leaking antifreeze from the engine looks like its going from the back of the tentioner underneath
the alternator travel down near the crankshaft and drips to the ground
is it an internal or maybe heater core or some seal? Help!

If there is hoses going to the belt tenisor then coolant runs thru it and sounds like it could be leaking from there.

There is no antifreeze hoses near the tension-er, there is the
power steering hose. I will look again. Sounds like more a head
gasket to me or timing cover in this area?

See if you can rent a coolant pressure tester that will fit your car and pump up the cooling system and look for the leak. If not then put some coolant leak dye in the coolant and use a dye light to trace the leak back to its source.
