my car is blowing cold air and then hot air jus put in a raidiator

it may still be low on fluid. check it and over fil just a bit as the air works out of the system it lets the fluid go down. you might have to bleed the air out of the system. there are bleeder screws on the heater pipe by the water pump. do it while it's running and hot.
