How to know if it's time for a new transmission?
My car will not go faster then 17mph. and when i press the gas pedal all the way to the floorboard it still doesn't increase in speed what is the problem? answer; please!

Does the engine rpm shoot up and vehicle does not increase in speed?
Is the MIL indicating?
