I have a 95 Nissan maxima that is acting up right now when I put the key in and turn it once just to roll down the windows the car tries to start by itself then when I crank it all the way it starts up but is still cranking itself as if I was continuing to turn the key so what do you think the problem might be?

Ok you say the ignition switch sounds like the fault some one else told me that too so is it the ignition switch by the column or the switch by the transmission?
