Hi i just had my transmission rebuilt and after 600 miles it broke down. The new mechanic looking at it said that the lockup solenoid has the wrong ohms resistance and it burned out the tcm. I did some research and found out that the solenoids were replaced but with an earlier models. I was wondering if this could burn out the tcm? The lock up solenoid on it now has 3 ohms of resistance but its supposed to be 12 ohms

Yes it could. Improper resistance can really mess with things.
