My 3&4 cylinder arent firing why could this be ive already replaced the coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel pump, I just seem to cant figure out what could be causeing this

Check the engine compression.
Check for vacuum leakages.
Do you have coolant losses and overheating issues?

All good except it has a low compression on the 4th cylinder, I was guessin that the injectors are clogged or just the ecu isnt telling them to spray

Low compression can result in misfiring. How much lower than others?

Guessing can be a waste of time and money. Test them to confirm. Try swapping the injectors.
