1995 Mitsubishi Diamante Repair Question

Why wont my car start?
1995 mitsubishi will not start just put a new starter in that was tested on bench right in front of me but when I hook it up she wont engage shell just spin and my car wont start through my key I have to hook wires up to battery but weird thing is my car doesnt even click unless I pull out my radio and battery is fully charged

it does not crank with the key??

Not at all when I hooked it up the only way I could get it to crank was with a screw driver jumping it between the sulenoid
