Mazda Miata Smoke Problem
My car has developed a white smoke coming from the tailpipe when I turn and a slight knocking sound when the smoke appears

Smoke has nothing to do with turns. Where is the knocking noise coming from, engine or drivetrains?
Do you have coolant losses or overheating issues?
Did you check the engine oil level?
