Water smoke coming out tailpipe

My 1995 mazda626 just started smoking out the tailpipe and it looks like mabe water shoot out what could this be and no my car doesnt overheat

When weather is cool or cold, it is normal for condensation water to be shooting out of the exhaust during initial starting. However if the water is coming out coupled with white smoke (steam) it usually means a fault with the head gasket and symptoms would be coolant losses, misfiring, overheating.

If the smoke is bluish and comes and goes intermittently, it is oil being burnt in the cylinders or being passed to the exhause via the exhaust valves.
