I have 95 lexus es300 that is overheating. The radiator has been replaced and also the thermostat and radiator cap have been replaced. The weird thing about it though is the car will not run hot while it is just parked and idling, it only runs hot while the vehicle is in motion. What do you think my problem could be? Also as info my heater is not blowing out hot air.

Turns out that the water pump was bad, the impellers were wore out and chewed up, replaced and all problems are solved. Thanks.
