1995 Lexus ES 300 Repair Question

Lexus ES 300 Radiator Problem
Today my radiator started smoking. And heat stop the blower blows air. And when I turn the steering wheel it squeals loud. Kinda have an idea what it is but I want a second opinion, if anyone knows whats going on please let me know. Thanks joe gonzalez

coolant is low, add as needed. the radiator has a leak, get it confirmed and repaired.
check power steering fluid. check the belt to seee if it has the correct tension.
