1995 Lexus ES 300 Repair Question

Lexus ES 300 Gas Problem

My car ran hot and i put a pressure gauge to find out the problem and water came out of the raditor got a new one drove it for a day and it ran hot again let it cool add more water and then i changed the thermstat drove it for about 39 miles and i noticed that the overflow bowl was down

You have a leak somewhere.. So I would pressure test it to see if the system will hold pressure. If you don't see a leak then I would have a chemical test done to see if the head or head gasket is bad.
