When car heats up it starts surging popping loseing power sometimes stalls i can shut it off let it cool for a short time will run but repetes sooner

If the check engine light has come on, have computer scanned to identify trouble codes. If there is no light, check fuel pump pressure and check for blockage in the exhaust system.
