95 jeep cherokee-intermittent and continuous clicking noise coming from 1/4"x1/2"relay (diaphram?) Switch (box)connected to battery hot, mounted within engine compartment, above passenger wheel well

Usually when a relay is making this clicking noise it is an indication that the relay is not getting enough volts to stay on. I would be checking the wiring to the relay.
Sometimes it can indicate a bad relay, but very rarely.
