1995 Hyundai Sonata my door does not open at all
1995 Hyundai Sonata. Can you tell me why my door does not open at all, no matter what I do. I would like to get access, do I need to remove the door panel to see if can spot the problem? I am unsure how to do this and I do not want to cause any unnecessary damage by trying to force something that does not move.

Most door panels pop off. Be sure you have any and all screws out, look for decorative plugs hiding them, especially on the arm rest/door pull handle. Then start at the bottom and pop the panel off. Sounds like this might be a bad latch assembly. Does the lock work? It may be stopping the handles from working.
