Why wont my car start

Hi I have a 1995 hyandai elantra 160gle
i washed the engine with engine cleaner after I did a oil/oil filter and plug change and as I was test driving the car it switched of on the road. The swing of the engine is much faster no, I checked the cam belt, I check for spark and if fuel is coming everythg seem fine but the car just wont start

What do you mean you checked belt? You checked timing marks?

After the car switched off on the road the swing of the engine seems a bit faster so I checked to see if the belt did not get cut off by pulling of the plastic cover on the side that cover the belt. I Did not check the marks cause there should be no reason why the timing should off jumped
