Honda Civic Problem
My honda won't start in cold weather, it turns over but won't start when it's below 32 degrees. Once it starts it runs fine and doesn't stall.

Check the PGM-FI main relay. Known to cause problem and is temperature related. Resoldering the joints of the circuit board shold help. If you google for PGM-FI main relay for you tube, you should be able to get some good videos for the repair procedure.
