1995 Honda Accord Repair Question

Surge and sputters
95 accordex idles revs up/down when warmed up,sputters when you give it gas and surges when at a stop light?It feels like a loss of power.

Check the cololant level in radiator.
Check coolant hoses to Idle Air Control and Fast Idle Thermal valves for clogging.
Check idling speed adjustment.
Above are for the erratic idling and surging.
Check the spark plugs, wires and other related parts for the hesitation/sputtering while accelerating.
