Hi my question is, my car keeps dripping water and it keeps heating up. I'm going to check under the radiator if maybe i didn't close the valve right because I cleaned the container of the engine coolant.

Check that the radiator drain **** is sealed, and if so get a cooling system pressure test done, this will locate any external coolant leak, start here.
