brake lights stuck on

the brake lights won't come off unless you disconnect the battery

brake light switch on the brake pedal sounds like it has failed. have it checked to verify and get a bid.

Check the rubber stopper for the brake switch on the pedal. Quite often the rubber disintegrates cvausing the switch to be activated all the time.
