GMC Terrain Camshaft Problem

I have a 1995 sonoma (2.2l) the timing chain broke, replaced it.then a few months later, tensioner broke & the valves in the head warped.replaced all of that plus put new camshaft & oil pump in .now it sounds like the chain is hitting the cover again.what could cause this & how can i finally fix it.im getting very frustrated with it.(its my work truck & is good on gas mileage so i would like it to last as long as possible)thanks for reply!!!!!

unless it has come loose the only thingthat i coluld think of is that the shoe broke off the new tensioner ot a bolt loose holding cam. you really need to isolate the noise on it to make sure it's in that area.
