1995 gmc jimmy sound like a tin can underneath it dragging but i didn't see anything what could it be and how much it cost to fix approx?

Take a rubber mallot and tap on the exhaust system to see if anything like the muffler, resinator, or catalytic converter is loose inside. Check the brakes to make sure none of the brake springs are broken allowing things to scrape inside the drum.
